Irina Iris Baslyk

Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, organizer, owner of the BALANCÉ dance school

Experienced dancer, Irina Iris started her dancing life (with ballroom dances and later with ballet and tango argentino) more than 20 years ago. Her deep immersion and intensive development in tango argentino happened through close cooperation with a row of Argentinian tango-teachers and dance partners. Now tango argentino is one of the main activity of her BALANCÉ dance school. Employing the higher pedagogical education Irina Iris during her classes (tango, ballet, waltz, stretching) always combines the classical methods and innovative approaches, fundamental routines and creative tasks. As a dancer with formal training in choreography and performance techniques (State University of Culture and Arts) Irina Iris builds her own dance and the dance of her students on the strong technique base, while proposing to her audience the challenging ideas and joint experiments.
